Harmay is a new generation retail brand with a warehouse culture. Originally born in a warehouse as an online cosmetics store, the beauty retailer later took the “warehouse culture” offline. Harmay has grown rapidly and is now a multi-channel operation with five online channels and six large offline stores. It needed a smart retail solution to optimize its inventory globally and support and guide its business operations. It partnered with Westernacher Consulting in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SAP RMM.
