Kingfa is a world-leading Chinese chemicals company specializing in compounding materials with a focus on R&D, production, sales, and service. Business expansion and the need for better warehouse and customer management pushed Kingfa towards rapid digital transformation. This project involved planning for and implementing new IT systems, including SAP EWM and SAP ERP, to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and enhance Kingfa’s digitalization.

- Effectively integrate logistics resources while lowering service costs and improving service levels
Unlike before, system accounting and real-time transactions are becoming consistent, and stock movement is reflected on system accounts in a timely manner – resulting in almost zero errors.
