Rushil Décor Ltd is a leader in laminate and medium-density fiberboard (MDF) industry in India with a global footprint in more than 50 countries. Established in 1993, it has grown into one of India’s largest manufacturers of laminates and complementary products. To support its expanding market, the company sought a digital transformation to streamline its logistics processes, simplify business operations, and significantly enhance efficiency. Renowned for its expertise in digital transformation, Westernacher Consulting was enlisted to implement SAP S/4HANA across six production plants and 25 depots for Rushil Décor. Consequently, the company reaped the benefits of digitized business processes in just seven months.
The implementation of SAP S/4HANA offers strategic advantages such as expense monitoring, increased operational efficiencies, and the simplification and digitalization of business processes. These improvements enable the company to better focus on its core competencies and business economy, according to Rushil Thakkar, Executive Director at Rushil Décor.
