The National Logistics Forum covered a diverse range of discussions. It began with a keynote address about government policies and initiatives by Mr Sudhendu J. Sinha.

Supergas, a prominent Indian company specializing in providing clean and efficient LPG solutions, spoke about numerous challenges with local distribution and how they overcame these hurdles with digital adoption.
The event witnessed the dynamic collaboration of the Government of India, SAP, Zebra Technologies and our esteemed customers.
Mr. Sudhendu J. Sinha, an eminent representative of the Government of India (NITI Aayog), emphasized the need for collaborative efforts between government, state authorities, industry partners, private players, and think tanks to achieve world-class infrastructure.
He highlighted the synergy of the logistics sector with our growing infrastructure to achieve optimal and seamless growth and the role of end-to-end digital solutions that will revolutionize this sector.
Mr. Sudhendu J. Sinha also emphasized a green supply chain and the Government’s openness to feedback and suggestions for the betterment of logistics in India.
India is witnessing a change in the logistics landscape. The first phase was the introduction of GST by the government, which resulted in the centralization of taxes. National Logistics Policy (NLP) is the second part of the logistics transformation plan that the Government is planning to execute.
The introduction of NLP will bring a shift in the business landscape, taking into account the evolving technology and digital trends in the logistics sector.
